Theo c:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Manifesto of the Communist Party, translated by Bo Gu.pdf thì có tập tin bị xóa ở Commons vì URAA, nhưng cũng có tập tin được giữ. Vậy cứ tải lên Commons cũng không sao, nếu tập tin nào bị xóa ở Commons thì chuyển nó về Wikisource tiếng Việt cũng được.
